Scalable Modular Units

Pre-built warehouses in KEZAD Logistics Park have been designed to be fully flexible combinations of size, layout and specifications.

The standard units provide different unit areas starting from 300m2 and can be combined to create larger stand-alone units of up to 50,000m2.

Each unit has been carefully designed to be efficient for the installation of clients’ storage or racking systems. Units can be chosen with offices and loading access at the same end of the building or at opposite ends to suit preferred business workflow.

Roller shutter doors allow tenants to fit items like dock shelters, dock levellers and edge levellers. Each unit is equipped with mezzanine offices.
